MainType

MainType is an outstanding tool for working with all the fonts stored on your hard drive. The program interface makes it easy for you to quickly access any of the typographical features of each font that you have.

In one window, MainType brings together the list of fonts in a collection, the characteristics of each, a detailed view of the selected letter, an example text, and information about the typographic features of each font face.

The special characters that are included in a given font face are grouped according to their origin: Latin, Hebrew, Cyrillic, Arabic, Mathematic, etc.

You have four different layouts to choose between when it comes to organizing the work environment within MainType. You can show or hide panels, group fonts, install and uninstall fonts, and explore your hard drive for missing typefaces, all using MainType.
